These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sarepay Fund Sending Application ("Sarepay"). The Terms also constitute a contract between you and Sarepay. By downloading, accessing, or using Sarepay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Sarepay. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may not use Sarepay.
2. Services
Sarepay is an application that enables users to send funds to recipients locally or internationally. Sarepay facilitates fund transfers between users and recipients through transfer channels and also allows users to get virtual cards for online transactions.
3. User Registration
To use Sarepay
- You must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify Sarepay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
- In the process of verifying the information provided, we have the sole discretion to refuse any account opening application for any number of reasons without liability.
Fund Transfers
- You may initiate fund transfers through Sarepay to another Sarepay user and to a NUBAN account using the send money feature.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Sarepay may impose limits on the amount and frequency of fund transfers.
Fees and Charges
- Sarepay may charge fees for certain fund transfers and other services provided through the application.
- You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of Sarepay.
- Fee schedules and charges will be disclosed to you prior to initiating a fund transfer.
Privacy Policy

- By using Sarepay, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Activities
- You agree not to use Sarepay for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.
- You will not use Sarepay to transmit or facilitate any unauthorized or prohibited transactions.
- You will not use Sarepay to violate or infringe the rights of any other person, including the rights of other users.
- Sarepay reserves the right to block your account immediately without liability where it reasonably suspects that you are using the application for illegal activities..
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarepay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages or any other damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of Sarepay.
- In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using Sarepay.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

- Sarepay reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
